WAAP organizes a World Conference on Animal Production every five years. Co-organized by EAAP and WAAP. The next WCAP will be held from 2 to 5 July 2028 at the Australian Association of Animal Science (AAAS) Annual Conference in Melbourne, Australia.
We invite you to join us in Melbourne, Australia for the 13th WAAP World Conference on Animal Production (WCAP) and the 37th biennial AAAS Conference.
Since its establishment in 1954, AAAS has facilitated and provided access to leading edge animal science and research through its internationally recognised biennial conference. WCAP2028 will be a global platform for sharing knowledge and provide a unique opportunity for you to connect, network and collaborate with the brightest minds in animal science from around the globe.
The WCAP2028 program will feature plenary sessions from keynote speakers from around the globe designed to inspire and interest all participants along with concurrent sessions aligned with more specialised interests. The latest research relating to animal genetics, breeding, nutrition, health, behaviour and welfare across a variety of species from production animals to wildlife will be on offer.
